How to choose the Yoga that’s right for you

There are a lot of options when picking a yoga class. Some of the names can be downright confusing - hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, iyengar yoga and much more. It's important to know what kind of a class you are signing up for. In future posts I will elaborate and breakdown the different kinds of yoga out there.

Here at Yogamatique, we provide a well-rounded class that will not only stretch you out, but it will challenge you to build strength. At the same time it will leave you grounded. We also incorporate elements of Yin Yoga where you will have some poses where you hold the poses for a bit longer and find a calming, meditative state.
