Providing quality online and virtual yoga classes, our main goal is to help your mind and body connect, developing your own healthy and spiritual practice. Our practice is one of a kind in that we believe that yoga is for everyone. Yogamatique's goal is to provide you with safe and quality instruction, whether you are looking to find peace and quiet, whether you are looking to get a little sweaty or whether you are trying to advance your yoga practice. ABOUT US
Yogamatique bring's years of yoga teaching experience in all forms - yoga studios, tennis clubs and fitness gyms. Students have also attended yoga retreats in Argentina and Bali, both led by a Yogamatique instructor.
Yogamatique was quick to adjust to current world affairs and now offers quality classes online by zoom. Occasionally classes are also held in Spanish, as Yogamatique students are far flung around the planet, with a large concentration in Buenos Aires.
