Yoga for Balance and Strength

Hi everyone! I am back with a new yoga routine from Kenya. This time it's about 45 minutes long and focuses on balance and some core strengthening.

I am in Kenya for one more week and am taking advantage of this beautiful setting near the town of Timau, not far from Mount Kenya National Park. There are 250 species of birds here and wild animals abound.

I will keep sending updates and hopefully send one more video before I leave this magical place. I hope 2024 is off to a great start for all of you.
